The interested party or representative, whose identity is stated above, requests and expressly accepts that:
Presentation of the information and/or personal visit in such an event of the real estate property being offered by Andalucía Rústica matches the data supplied on it.
In the event of purchase or sale or any other type of transaction on the property/land/building object of the presentation or visit, Andalucía Rústica will receive a commission from the owner of the property which will be agreed upon before hand on the real price or economic value agreed upon finally.
The commission agreed upon will be received by Andalucía Rústica if the operation takes place at the moment of signature of the purchase-sale contract. In any other case Andalucía Rústica will NOT receive any commission or payment for expenses incurred in.
The interested party binds himself to communicating to Andalucía Rústica any operation that takes place directly with the owner or representative.
The interested party also binds himself to communicate any modifications produced in the purchase or conditions of the request.
Information of a personal nature, consigned in this document will be included and be treated in a file that Andalucía Rústica is responsible for.
The finality for maintaining and keeping custody of this information is to ease the task of processing and later accounting and administrative actions of the management company.
