The hotel is located in the heart of the Natural Reserve of the North Mountain Range of Seville, in the foothill of Sierra Morena while ascending from the valley of the Guadalquivir, by Lora del Rio or Villanueva del Rio and Minas towards the Extremaduran plateau, only 40 minutes from Seville.

The estate has approximately 50.000 sqm, approximately 6.000 sqm of them having lawn watered by spray irrigation. With swimming pool, all kind of fruit-bearing trees, cherry trees, pear trees, apple trees, plum trees, peach trees, and so on.

The rest of the estate is constituted by chestnut trees and almond trees. The whole estate has its own water since there are two wells, an automatic water tank with chlorine regulator and water pump.
The whole estate is fenced and the outside lighting has automatic operation
