Impressive Andalusian Farmhouse located right in the geographical centre of Andalusia and in the natural corridor that all along the history has focused the communications between the High and Low Andalusia, between Granada and Seville, and has enabled throughout history significant comings and goings of  people and cultures.

Zone of great steppe and typical landscape where the fertile lowland of cereal, gardens and olive groves outstand. Steppe dotted with farmhouses that announce the nearby open countries of Cordova and Seville

The estate has a surface of approx: 5 acres, 20.924 sqm of perfectly kept olive grove that is situated in the lowest part and that is closed in its most by metal mesh.

The Farmhouse is an ancient construction of approximately around 2.000 sq m that dates back of the XVIIth century and that has been reformed in its most. It is in  this zone where we find the central cobbled courtyard of biggest dimension, having its access through the main entry of great height and door of ancient wood with two leaves with rivets of the epoch.

C) Housing of the olive harvesters. This house has not been reformed though it is in good condition. It has 7 rooms and 2 bathrooms
 
D) Annexe warehouse used for the animals and farm machinery. 
E) 2 inner garages
 
Network light with own transformer.

Water: the estate has an own well in property with its own title deeds. Ancient reservoir and cistern.

Accesses. Due to its strategic location the estate has very good communications so much with Seville, as with Malaga and Cordova.
