Downstairs is open plan which includes a large living room with a working fireplace, a kitchen and a dining area which give access on to the back terrace and swimming pool. There is also a guest bathroom with shower on this floor. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower, and two more bedrooms with one bathroom and shower at the end of the hall.

Besides the stairs, there is a lift which makes this house ideal for people with limited mobility or who are wheelchair-bound. The two south-facing bedrooms also have balconies with views toward Gibraltar.
