Complex Rural Tourism with subsidized Juvenile Camp, in estate of 25 Hectares located next to the Nature reserve of Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche, in the surroundings of the Natural Place of the Ribera del Aserradorand Sierra Pelada in the province of Huelva.
Characteristics
The estate is a centre of leisure and playtime with all kinds of rustic activities, with 18 constructions in wood and others in stone integrated intoa Park - garden with more than 15.000 trees of different varieties, in 40.000 sq m of fieldsof the property. The rest of it is an attractive place of Mediterranean Mount plenty of pine and holm oak, rockroses, chaparras as well as dispersed bushes alternating with diverse groves, really varied and autochthonous from Sierras de Arroche.
The Complex has an artificial Lake and a Water reservoir with its own flows and adepth enough to make them navigable with small rowing boats or small sailboats,ideal for summer nights.
Landscaped areas (a total of 40.000sq m) of the property are watered by a water distribution network, which crosses approximately 3 kilometres among groves, rose-bushes and all kind of plants that refresh the environment inviting to the summer late afternoon walk.
Water and Light in the Estate The estate has two diesel generators that impel the water from the main well, which even in the years of major drought, has supplied of water to the Complex in a quantity that, between consumption and irrigation, overcomes 150.000 litres per day. In addition, there are three other drilling wells in support of the main one, apart from the Lake and the Reservoir.
The Complex and the whole estate is supplied of Solar Energy, relying on a Power Station of 75 kva. that supplies the whole enclosure. It also hasanother lighting station of 24 V. and a diesel generator of 110 KVA.
Sports facilities, Playtime and Leisure The Complex has wonderful sports facilities that ensure sport activities practice.
1 Soccer field of 90x55 meters sowed with Bermuda grass
1 Field, also in Bermuda grass, for the practice of volleyball
1 Basketball field.
The Complex has Children Camp facilities as well, where several recreational activities typical of camps are held with developmentsof routes, paths, studies of the environment, the flora, the fauna, etc., with monitors and specialized personnel for the purpose.
