The owner or representative, whose identity is stated above, requests and expressly accepts that:

• Andalucía Rústica may manage and act as an intermediary in the sale WITHOUT EXCLUSIVITY, of the estate/land/property indicated above in agreement of the price and other conditions stated in this order sheet.
• Andalucía Rústica, represented by Don Domingo Márquez Moreno may receive from the owner or representative a commission of 5% on the real price or economic value of the purchase sale transaction or other operation finally agreed upon. The commission agreed upon will be paid to Andalucía Rústica if the operationtakes place and is payable upon signature of the sales contract of the property. If the sale or other operation does not take place, Andalucía Rústica will not receive any payment whatsoever.
• The owner or representative is bound by this contract to communicate all financial operations directly produced with people or entities interested in the property and presented by Andalucía Rústica. The owner or representative is also committed to communicate to Andalucía Rústica any changes that take place in the ownership of the property or sales conditions.
