Beautiful Rural House for holiday rentals. The property consist in 3 bedrooms, 2 twin and 1 double, bathroom, comfortable lounge with fireplace, radio and tv. Kitchen fully-equipped to make your stay more comfortable (washing-machine, fridge, heater, microwave).

The house faces south, from its porch you will be able to relax and enjoy the beautiful sights. At the back of the house, there is a niced leisure area with porch, BQ and swimming-pool, everything in a private fenced-in area.

Its location permits us the access in a range of 50km(kilometers), to one of the regions with the richest history and the most beautiful landscapes in the province of Málaga. There are many places of touristic interest and great beauty.

Besides you can enjoy the outdoor activities in the region, from sports like golf, trekking, riding, visits the region villages, where you can get to know the people and customs.

The region of Axarquía has a wide range of entertainment and offers a lot of services for tourists, from the mountains to the sea, an alternative tourism which satisfies the needs of anyone who loves nature.

You can go trekking all around the region, and also there are many opportunities for cycling. If you like the beach, you have miles of coast to have a swim, to fish or simply to get a tan.

MINIMUM STAY:

Minimum stay  is two nights  throughout the whole year, except  long weekends (three-four nights), at Easter and Christmas (six-seven nights), during the high season, that is July, August and the first fortnight of September(only fortnights or full months).

The house can be occupied from 16'00h of the arriving day and it has to be vacated before 12'00h of the day of departure, except  by agreement.

WAY OF PAY:

The reservation will be confirmed as the 50% of the price of the house has been deposited, or the total of this, anyway the whole amount must be paid before occupying the house.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the case of cancellation, the charges are established as follows:

- 15 days or more before arriving: Charges

- 14 to 8 days before arriving: 15%

-  6 to 8 days before arriving: 25%

-   3 to 6 days before arriving: 50%

-   1 to 2 days before arriving: 100%

* Minimun charge anyway is 6 euros.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE HOUSE:

The guest is fully responsible to declare the exact number of people staying in the house, (children included), of any age, when booking.

The key collection will take place before 22´00 except if previously agreed, this must be respected otherwise the guest might have to sleep outside.

Depending on certain things such as the features of the house, date or number of guests, there might be a deposit of 90´15 Euros. That will be given back when the stay is over if everything is alright.

The firewood supply is paid for by the client.

No pets allowed.

No visits allowed.

ANOMALIES OR FAULTS:

The possible faults found by the guest at home will be communicate a.s.a.p., and during the stay, to the person in charge or to the agency, to be solved.
