Typical spanish farmhouse (Cortijo) situated on a really privileged geographical loction, midway between the mountainside and the coast.

Surrounded by brave cattle and horses, and many nature reserves, just 27 km from the best beaches you can imagine.

Long ago this farmhouse was dedicated to agriculture and ranching, being recently rehabilitated preserving the captivation and charm of the typical andalusian architecture.

The Cortijo is a bioclimatic construction in witch we have used natural materials such as mud, lime, wood and straw.

In the reconstruction we used mortar of clay and hydraulic lime with witch we obtain soft textures and a fresh environment in summer.

Both warm water and heating is obtained with solar power, and we have chimneys based on  fuel wood witch we produce ourselves.

We have double and family accommodations, perfect for 6. All all of them perfectly equipped with independent bathroom, complete kitchen and lovely and shaded private porch (patio), where you can relax, read a book or simply let time pass.

Today the Cortijo is used as a legalized guesthouse.

The property has 6 lodging-apartments:

1.- 30 sqm apartament for 2/3 people. Ample stance which comprises living room (with table, chairs, armchairs and fridge), and a bedroom with 2 individual beds (with possibilty of placing an extra bed), and bathroom. 10 sqm verandah with table and chairs. It has a small kitchen. 

2.- 36 sqm apartament for 2/4 people. Ample stance which comprises living room (with table, chairs, armchairs and frige), and a bed room with double bed (with possibility of placing 2 extra beds), and bathroom. 8 sqm verandah with table and chairs. It has a small kitchen.

3.- 33 sqm apartament for 2 people. Ample stance which comprises living room (with table, chairs, armchairs and american kitchen), and bedroom with 2 individual beds, and bathroom. 12 sqm verandah with table and chairs.

4.- 70 sqm house for 4/6 people. Ample stance which comprises living room with chimney (with table, chairs, armchairs and fridge) and 2 sofa-beds, and 2 bedrooms, one with 2 individual beds and another with double bed, and bathroom. 10 sqm verandah with table and chairs. It has a small kitchen.

5.- 62 sqm house for 4/5 people. Ample stance which comprises living room with chimney (with table, chairs, armchairs and fridge) and sofa-bed, and 2 bedrooms, one with 2 individual beds and another with double bed, and a big and small bathroom. 10 sqm and 4 sqm verandah with table and chairs. It has a small kitchen.

6.- 60 sqm house for 2/4 people. Ample stance which comprises living room with chimney (with table, chairs, armchairs and fridge) and a sofa-bed. It has one bedroom with double bed, and bathroom. 25 sqm patio, with private pool, as a turquish bath. This house has a very special decoration typical andalusian.

Common Sites

The Cortijo sits in a field of 55.000 m2, more than half of whom are engaged in farming: olive trees, grass for our horses, and an organic vegetable garden where we grow vegetables, fruits and vegetables.

The center of the house - the farmhouse holds a bright lounge type Chozo, with a thatched roof. This stay of 55 m2, offers reading area, kitchen and dining room for 20 people. It is the meeting place of the house.

The garden has aproximatelly 15.000 m2, with various environments: tropical garden, with more than 500 palm trees and coconut palms, and mediterranean-type garden, which has preserved the native flora, with olives, lemon, jasmine ...

The pool is at the centre of the garden, and pool type with natural purification by decanting, in the old way.
