Overview of the area

The stretch of Atlantic coast between Cadiz and Tarifa, with its long, clean, beautiful sandy beaches and small coves has for many years been a popular location for holiday makers from all over Spain and as every year passes the area is becoming more popular as an ideal place for relocation from Great Britain and mainland Northern Europe.

As well as the unspoilt, clean, golden sandy beaches of Conil and El Palmar and the pueblos blancos (white villages) of Vejer, Medina Sidonia or Arcos de la Frontera, the wide open countryside and historic cities offers a wide variety of interest and activities all year round.

Currently there are some 15 golf courses between Gibraltar and Seville, and over the next five years this number is expected to increase to 50, making it an ideal area for property investment.
